Directions to the Speech House Hotel from Gloucester (17 miles):
Take the A40 out of Gloucester heading west for Ross-on-Wye until you reach the junction with the A48. At that junction, turn left and take the A48 for Chepstow. Follow the A48 through Minsterworth and Westbury. Just after the village of Westbury you pass under a bridge and about half a mile further on you turn right onto the A4151 signposted to Cinderford and the Forest of Dean (there's an Esso garage on the corner). Follow the road to Littledean and at a mini roundabout turn right, staying on the A4151 for Cinderford. At the top of the hill the A4151 swings to the right but you need to go straight on taking the B4226 signposted to Coleford and Speech House (yippee!). Follow this road for 3 miles. Speech House is on the left at a road junction. You can't miss it! There is a small car park at the front of the hotel and a larger one at the back (turn left at the junction). We usually gather in the bar opposite Reception.

Directions to the Owl at Charlton Kings:
The Owl at Charlton Kings is a pub in Cheltenham. Heading out of the centre of Cheltenham, follow the signs for Oxford and Cirencester. You will come to a set of traffic lights where the A435 for Cirencester forks right off the A40 for Oxford. Take the A435 for Cirencester. In one mile you will come to a 40mph sign; the 'Owl' is situated on your left soon after the sign.< Those coming from the Cirencester direction will find the 'Owl' on the right shortly after entering the 40mph speed limit. There is an ample car park to the side and rear of the pub.
