Visiting the Regional Office

Most issues can be addressed without you having to visit the Regional Office but sometimes this will help with your case. However, please do not visit the office without first checking that this is necessary and without making an appointment so you can be sure that the necessary person is available.

The Regional Staff

The Regional Office staff of twelve includes personnel who undertake casework for members. Members are allocated to the appropriate local or regional caseworker depending on the nature of their case and the availability of staff. If necessary, that officer will access legal assistance from the Union's Regional Solicitor but usually the professional advice of the casework team is most appropriate.
